We award our STAFF OF THE WEEK on a pretty weird scale. Sometimes it means you have been doing a great job and the other times it means I managed to get a really bad photo of you. This weeks STAFF OF THE WEEK goes to ROD! She's actually nailed it this week on both points. Hahah.
